Please be advised Arrowlink will not be responsible for any per diem that may occur as empty returns are based on terminal slot availability which are limited at this moment.
* Empty will be picked-up within two business day after receiving empty notification.
* Empty notification required 48 hours before Last Free Day.
* Customer is responsible to call in/email empty notification.
* Customer will be responsible for Per-Diem charges if empty notification is received on Last Free Day or past last free day.
* Empty notifications received on Fridays will be scheduled for pick-up the following business day.
